How long ago was the bankruptcy for starters? And did the applicant tell you about it on the application?

Yes, the applicant fully disclosed it. Also, his references are stellar. His experience is second to none. The bankruptcy was 7 years ago.

It will all depend on the company. Each will have their own rules.. Some will not hire if you have a bankruptcy on record, others will want a close explanation of what caused it.
