Usually two forms of ID including SSN cards to get a marriage license. Then, you need to have already called up the Judge's Judicial assistant to get an appointment for the Judge to marry you two. It's quite painless other than the marriage license fee and a small fee that the Judge sometimes charges. Just call up and speak to the Judge's JA and see when and how much.
