GE refrigerator drain clogged

I have a GE refrigerator model # TNS22PACARBS. The drain keeps freezing up and back up into the fan blade and freezing that. I cleared and flushed the drain twice now but after a week, I still have the same problem. Is there a kit or something I can do to correct this?
