We live in Redding California. She did take medications/mental health... she has not been to a doctor for at least 4 months. I am sorry to say that she is 5150. I need her out of my home. My mother just dies 8 months ago... the bank might take my house although I am on the new deed... yet get this... my deed and all legal aire documents are gone. She has either thrown them out ,burned them or tore them up. I ask her and she flipps out. She is 5150 and I need to evict her. She does not pay rent . Last week she gave me 150 bucks towards the electric bill. How do I go about getting her out of the home. She is tearing up my life and my home. Now my mind. Please help

Is she on any deed ( by the way deeds are filed at the court house, you would only have a copy anyway)

You evict her, give her a notice to move, and if she does not move within the time limit, you file for eviction in court
