My ex-husband has refused to see my children in over 2 1/2 years. He is emotionally and mentally abusive to his other children and mine. What are Colorado's state laws have to say if my current husband and I want him (my current husband) to adopt my children? Do we need to get something signed from my ex-husband waiving his parental rights? I have full custody of our kids.
