I'm appealing my 3rd DWI case, and I'm currently on felony probation in Tarrant county. I have been on probation for 6 months with no problems. When my lawyer talked me into appealing my case he did inform me that I would have to post a new bond, which I did. He did not tell me I would then have to report right away to the adult Bond supervision office in Fort Worth Tx for a UA test. Long story short I was not prepared for the UA, and I think THC will show up. My question is if my first UA on felony probation is dirty what will the Judge or PO officer most likely make me do. I'm talking to my lawyer Mon. Morning about all this to see if we should talk to the judge before the results come back. I don't know what to do, or what is going to happen. I have 4 yrs of probation to do. Anyone out their been through this or have any ideas, other than quit being so stupid?

Well of course you are not auppose to be suing illegal drugs, so you are always suppose to be "ready" for a test, and PO are well know to do surprise tests on you.

The jduge will not do anything till there is something to rule on. I would expect that they will give you a serious talk to scare you

I'm not saying this is what's going to happen, this is just a couple of personal experiences.

2001, I was on probation for possession of marijuana. I failed my first UA, I was immediately revoked.

2007, I was on probation for felony possession w/ intent of marijuana and running a drug house. I failed my first UA, was held on a probation hold for 15 days and had to attend drug treatment once a month for 6 months. Failed my second UA (8 months after first), was held on a probation hold for 30 days and got told that if I failed again I'd be revoked.

2008, I was on felony probation for burglary. I failed my first UA, my probation officer told me she didn't care.
