I am on the Implanon implant (have been since July), but I do not use condoms during sex with my boyfriend. For the past two weeks or so, I have been having frequent urination, some nausea, and brown discharge. Could these be pregnancy symptoms?

Have you taken a pregnancy test?

I was on implanon for almost a year before getting it removed.
I had the same symptoms a few times during that year, especially the brown discharge.

Get yourself a home pregnancy test just to make sure, no birth control is 100% so anything is possible.

I forgot to mention that I was on antibiotics and had unprotected sex. Could that have caused me to get pregnant?

Having unprotected sex is the leading cause of pregnancy.
