    Glacier bay faucets
I have a GB two handle tub/shower faucet (non-pressure balanced) #386-330G. If I am using the spout to fill the bathtub, I am getting a mild stream of water through the shower head when filling. I tried a new spout but it didn't help me. What can I do.
    Thank you, Randy

There are a couple of things that can cause this. 1. If you remove the flow restrictor from the shower head itself you off the pressure, try replacing the flow restrictor in the shower head. 2. this is rare, but is the faucet installed right side up, it makes a differace. 3. there is a flow guide inside the main body of the faucet that helps prevent this from happening, it may have come loose or it could be damaged. You will need to remove the shower riser to inspect this part. It is a small plastic guide that can be removed with a large allen wrench. To find the glacier bay replacement parts fallow the steps in this article. http://www.ehow.com/how_5893683_glacier-bay-faucet-parts.html Good luck.
