I own property that has a non-exclusive road easement . My problem is I purchased this property as a corner lot to avoid traffic. Now the next door property has been sold and the new owner insist on using the easement even though they have a private drive from the County road to there property. I have always maintained this road at my expense. The easement ends at the corner of my property next to the new owner's property. My question: is there anything I can do to stop them from using the easement. Thank You. By the way this is in Georgia.
