How to plug a toilet drain line and tile over it?
We have 3 toilets in a row at church and want to eliminate the middle one. Then the floor will be tiled and new partitions put in. How do I plug the toilet drain line and fix the floor where the toilet was so we can tile over the old drain line?

The first thing to do is remove the flange and make sure the pipe's a little under the floor line.
Next take and pack the raiser with wet rags leaving 4 inches open. Fill the opening with 4" of hydraulic cement leaving room for a tile patch. You may also cut the water back inside the wall and cap it off. Good luck, Tom

Thank you very much. This approach sounds good.
