Seriously my head is nasty. I have flakes all the time, even though I use dandruff shampoo. And I have a habit of always scratching and looking at the flakes fall down. There's millions and it doesn't stop.

Anyway, I've tried everything nothing works.

Sorry, no you have not tried everything, go to the doctor, or even shave your head till you get it cured.

Have you tried Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo? My ex used to get dandruff and would use the t-gel and it would help
