    Medicine for weight increase age about 35+
    Some time take medicine for weight Increase. But not effected for me, How can I increase my weight minimum 8 to 9 kg. Now my weight is only 45Kg. I am whitish and age about 35+ now working as a Computer Operator. Eating Rice, Roti and Juice, Milk etc.

    There are medications which cause weight gain as a side effect, but you really don't want to take those, they have a lot of serious effects.

    Try eating regular meals, with plenty of protein and fat and non-processed carbs. A protein shake can be useful.

    It may sound counter-productive, but regular exercise will help. You will get fitter, and you will be hungrier and able to eat more. More to the point, you will get healthier.
