I have a Sony Vaio with windows 7 and I want to put windows xp I try to format it but when I press enter to make format it says *sorry but you can't format the disk because your disc can't be recognize* I don't know what to do... I try to format from the cmd but it says *you don't have the appropriate permission to do that* something like this please help

Do you have a genuine Windows XP CD? If you boot from it you should get the option to format and install.
