    Florida sewer hook up
I am hooking up from septic tank to sewer in Florida. I have appx. 180 ft. MOL to the
Riser, which is suppose to be 2 ft. below the grade. I have been told that the fall needs to be 1 in per 10 ft. but I also hear that it is an inch per 4 ft. I also need to know how many cleanouts and where. Plus I need to go under a grade driveway twice. Do I double wall under the drive?

We have an Expert here who is based in Florida. Wait few minutes, he will be able to answer your question...

In the interim, I think the following information is the same no matter what location you are in:

3" sewer pipe requires 1/4" per foot slope
4" pipe requires 1/8" per foot slope

Clean outs: In my are clean outs are required every 75' feet by Code. So in your case, you would have 3 clean outs.

    Hope that helps...
