We live in a rented house. I have the entire house except for the master bedroom. The lease is up in December. Should I remain at this house with my children and hope the judge gives me permission to remain or should I just move on?

If you are on the lease the Court cannot change that lease - if you leave you are still responsible for the rent.

The Court can, however, order that your husband make the monthly payments.
