You can use an exfoliant such as a facial scrub, retin-a gel, papaya soap, papaya kojic soap, or lactic acid facial wash used along with a good skin lightener (there are several lighteners to choose from that may work for you). Also, applying sunblock spf 55 or higher will help prevent the spot from redarkening.

Don't bleach your entire face, you will just lighter your face o your spots will still be there. Only bleach where the spots are. Use retin a on the spots then follow with a bleaching cream. But only on the spots.and then apply face lotion that has at least spf15.
