Please help with micro organisms associated with cooked beans
Cook them long and hard and those pesky microrganisms will die.
You know, there are some bacterias and other microorganisms that survive in the most extreme of environments. They have found certain ones that can survive around the mouth of under water volcano where the temperatures reach well above boiling and there are toxins in the water that would kill almost any other species. Yet at the same time they have found some of the same species in common dirt. Strange?
