1970s-ish scary movie that I vaguely remember from childhood about a family tormented by a man. The father "kills" the man and puts his body in a well, but later discover he is gone. The mother receives a flower box with an arm in it with son's ring. I think it ends with a fight scene on a boat. I know this sounds similar sort of to Cape Fear, but that is not the movie.
