We live in MN our daughter had app $7,500.00 in credit card debt on 1 card . The credit card company filed a lien against her home [I believe in 2004 or 2006 ] Our daughter passed away 2 years ago and we are selling her house now and this lien shows up is this a lien we must pay to get a clear title or is her house exempt from this type of lien.
