"could" is such an easy word to accommodate.

If you've had sex, yes... you could be pregnant. We can complicate it all we want... the answer is an absolute and definite maybe/sure/perhaps.

You have what are called presumptive symptoms... meaning they can be, or not be, experienced by someone who is pregnant... but its not proof of anything.

I'm a guy. I can have the sleep pattern, the appetite, the weight gain, the headaches... and it doesn't mean I'm pregnant.

As for the missed period... close your eyes and point in any room full of women and you'll likely point at a woman who has missed sometime or another. A missed period happens for many, many reasons... one of which is pregnancy. So... your "symptoms" do us no good... at least concerning an accurate answer.

And negative pregnancy tests are not proof you aren't... they are the absence of proof. Which means you could be pregnant, but your hormone levels are too low for the test to tell... which means you need to wait and test again... and sometimes again... repeat.

Or you could just not be pregnant.

I'm sorry. I really, really wish there was any way to give you an answer "yes" or "no" that was worth anything. Id make a ton of coin if I could accurately tell you one way or another from what you gave...

The only answer that is reliable in this case is you might, or might not, be pregnant, if you've been sexually active, and your symptoms are not conclusive, and your test results do not rule out pregnancy.

I wouldn't worry so much yet. I'd wait and see if your period comes next month or not. If it still hasn't come and you're still getting negative test results, definitely call your dr
