    h4 to h1 conversion process
    I am currently having H4. I am an SAP consultant was working in India. Want to convert my H4 to H1. Please help me how I can go for it?

    Find a petitoner and file the H-1B COS. Remember, April 1 is the earliest filing date for a start date of October 1. good luck.
