    Momentum before impact
    A rocket is shot a building. When it impacts, it blows apart the front door. The building's mass is 6.5* 10^7. What is the momentum of the building before the impact?

    Thank you for posting your question to the Ask Me Help Desk.

    The formula for calculating momentum is

    p = m x v

    where p is momentum, m is mass in kg, and v is velocity in m/s

    In this case, you are asking for the momentum of the building.

    This should provide you with enough information to figure it out.
