I am 34 weeks pregnant and whenever I use the bathroom( have a bowel movement) and wipe I see bright red blood. Do I ignore it or go to the hospital?

Do you have piles? Or have to strain a lot when passing the movement? If so, that's almost certainly where the blood is coming from. It's annoying, and painful, but not dangerous.

However, next time, wipe very carefully, so you can see where the blood comes from. If it's the back passage, then it's not a big deal. If it's from your vagina, then go straight to hospital.

This sounds like piles, which is extremely common in pregnancy, even in women who've never had them before. As long as the blood is coming from the anus, and there is only spots of it, it's not likely to be a big deal. Ask your caregiver.
