I have had lower abdo sharp (Mild) pains. Over the last two days, I have no bleeding or cramping. Please help. Is this something to worry about??

You may be experiencing growing pains -stretching of the tendons, etc. as your uterus grows.

My philosophy is better safe than sorry though, so I suggest calling your doctor to be sure. Chances are its nothing, but its best to find out for sure.

It sounds as though it could be round ligament pain caused by the growing uterus. As Learning suggested, you should see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
