Where do I turn to? I was fired from my job because I had a daily bread on top of my desk. I was not reading it, it was with other papers. Boss came out and fired me on the spot do I have a legal right. What are my option!! Who do I turn to!! Help.

Do you have proof that this is the reason you were fired? What did your boss say regarding the literature?

Are you an At will employee?

I'll assume that you ARE an at will employee. That means you don't belong to a union or are a member of a protected class of employees, and don't have an employment contract...

Consequently, your boss can fire you for any reason or for no reason at all. You have NO recourse.
