I have a 98 ford expedition and is giving me this code p1131 I all ready replace the idle control valve and still shake a little but now when I'm on the light it shuts off for no reason please help

Code P1131: Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1.

I would replace the oxygen sensor.
