Is no-hub connection a male connection or female connection?
How to connect no-hub connection? (Is it no-hub? Spigot or plain end?) via no-hub coupling?
If no-hub coupling is female, then what is the name of no-hub fitting connection end? Spigot or plain end?

No-Hub means there is no Hub at the end of the pipe. It is straight piece of pipe. You use No-Hub couplings to connect two No-Hub ends together. We don't refer to No-Hum pipes and fittings as male or female. But to answer your question: pipe could be considered Male and the No-Hub Fitting could be considered Female. I don't fully understand. Maybe I didn't describe the question so clearly.
I think pipe ends and No-Hub fittings (elbow, tee, cross, etc... except coupling) ends are male, while coupling connection ends are female.
So my question is that if the coupling connection end's name is HUB? Or No-Hub?
And how about the other fittings end name? No-Hub or spigots?

No-Hub pipe means there is no Hub ( no enlarged "female" end that accepts another pipe ). Instead, we use couplings to make connections. Fittings are also No-Hub fittings that accept Fernco couplings.

Hub pipe and fitting are older type of material that uses lead and oakum packed into the hub to make the seal. No-Hub is newer system that uses No-Hub couplings (aka Fernco couplings) to connect pipes and fittings. See the enclosed drawing...

Today, when we work on old Cast Iron with Hub ends we cut them off so we get clean end of pipe. Then we use Fernco couplings to make our old-to-new connection.

The picture is easy to understand. :)
According to the picture, I think No-hub connection is similar to Grooved connection, for fittings and pipe ends, they are male, and they could be connected by Grooved (No-hub) coupling to set up a system.
Is me right?

You are correct. We have used No-Hub pipe in drainage and sewers.
The plain end pipes were connected by No-Hub Bands. (see image).

Then another question:
What's connection name the no-hub pipe fitting (like eblow, tee, cross... ) ends? Plain end or no-hub? You know, grooved connection is a both genders connection, the connection names of coupling and other fittings' ends are all called grooved, while I am not sure how about No-hub fittings?

We refer to them as NO-HUB pipe, NO-HUB fittings and NO-HUB couplings. Hope that will answer your question.
