Hey I'm now 25 my fat% 46 is and weight is 71 so how can I reduce this... tell me the solution.
Fix your diet. Eat fresh whole foods, cut out all the sugar and processed junk.
Base your diet on oily fish, fresh meat, eggs, lots and lots and lots of green vegetables, some dairy, some nuts, some olive oil, some fruit, some wholegrains. Cut out all white carbs (bread, sugar, rice, pasta, potatoes, box breakfast cereals).
Get regular exercise. Regular is more important than hard.
Eat only when you are hungry. Do not eat if you are not hungry. Eating from habit or boredom or stress is a very easy way to put on weight.
