Weird scene from a movie. Superhero or Comedy
I saw a movie on TV in the early 90's, think the movie was made in the 80's or 70's. Anyway, a man and a woman are trapped in a gigantic metal water tank by a bad guy or villain of the movie. The bad guy turns on the water and locks the top of the tank to drown them. While the man and woman are in the tank, the woman is afraid that they are going to drown. The man comes up with an idea and starts drinking the water. Later the police or the mans partner find the water tank that they are in. There is another hatch at the bottom side of the tank. They turn the wheel and stand to the sides waiting for the hatch to blow open with water. Nothing happens, and then the woman crawls out of the hatch and tells them the man is still inside. On another side of this water tank, there is an even bigger door that is the size of the tank. The police or mans partners open up the door on the tank and find the man has drank all the water and is filled up like a gigantic water balloon inside. That is all I can remember.
