Please provide me 7 12 land record in the name of my grandfather-in law shri kamlakar mithagri, village-chinchoti, taluka-alibag. The land was not transferred to my father in law also who has died on 11.05.2000 and now we want to transfer the said land in the name of my mother in law. Please guide me in this matter and intimate the procedure.

Are you serious ? Do you expect that someone can provide you land records?
If I am not mistaken it should be a case in India,Pakistan,Bangladesh or Sri-Lanka.You have to search in your local archives for that land record
,also you have to get papers for inheritance an etc.
You really need a lawyer who will do this job.
