I have ADHD andedicine will not work for me what else can I do to calm myself down

I was for like five Years but the doctor took me off because I was making no progress

I don't remember it was a couple years ago

The doctor didn't try a different med to help you? Have you asked him for something else? Does he know you are struggling?

Actually, it has a lot to do w/what you eat. NO sweets, No addictives, such as coloring to certain foods, nothing of acids, such as oranges, lemons, etc. No sodas, It has the addictives, & sweet. Believe it or not you can drink a cup of black coffee. It has the opposite effect on a hyper child, than adults..
