I don't normally watch anything but geek channels, but my saw and bought Season 1 on DVDs real cheap and I've been watching with her.

Eh. A little far-fetched but halfway decent.. . kinda cool that it's in real time...

I've watched 13 hours of the first season now, which means Jack has now been awake for about 30 or so hours now... and there are 9 more hours to go!

Surely the makers of the show would have thought of this issue since it's in real time.. . what's up with that? :o

I got hooked on the series a couple of years ago when a friend asked me to record the first two episodes (4 hours total) for him. Then I bought Season 1 and sent it to my son, after watching it;got him hooked. Now he has his in-laws hooked, and between the two of us we have the first 4 Seasons on DVD. Of course, one has to suspend a degree of common sense while watching it, but it sure is fun. Remember James Bond? On "24", things take place that just SHOULDN'T happen on a TV series. Perhaps that is what makes it so addictive.
