    How to get a release of jurisdiction
    A friend is locked up and the lawyer said that he has to ge a diccretionary authority notice of release of jurisdiction for him to be considered for release. What does that mean?

    In PA... it was written on their paperwork. He has yet to see the lawyer

    I hope someone who knows comes along - I cannot find this language in Pennsylvania.
