    violation of prob fines
Will the judge issue the warrant for vop for not finishing paying the fine even though I'm disabled and is collecting disabillity.I was orderd 2 pay $30 a month I've kept up wit that payment plan I'm only $20 behind, but my po still wants 2 violate me.also how can the judge violate me if he ordered me 2 pay $30 a month(which I've been doing). Now that my time is up my po said they rarely give a 2nd ext.so he's fileing for vop.Is there anything I can do, can I write a letter to the judge explaining my situation or what

    Hello mich:

Sure you can, and I would! You're going to see him anyway for the violation hearing, but at least you can argue in your letter that you shouldn't be in jail while you wait for your hearing. Maybe you can borrow $20 before the hearing. That should end it for you.
