I have quite a few matired Tax Deeds from Mississippi. I've purchased in that state since 1982 and in fact, on the law side, tax sale law has become the dominant part of our my law practice Mississippi practice. The problem is that I become so occupied managing and focusing upon my client's own needs that I just don't have the time to dedicate to my tax deed portfolio. To that end, I'm considering a bulk sale, without recourse, of my entire Mississippi Tax Deed portfolio. Are there active buyers out there who understand the market, won't waste my time and provied reasonable pricing?
