How do you appeal a credit judgment against you?

Depends on the Court - in most cases you would move to set it aside on some techical grounds such as failure to notify you.

If you failed to appear and it was taken by default there is a possibility it will be overturned and rescheduled.

When it does get dismissed, what is your defense?
