Our nephews mother died 10 years ago. His father died unexpectedly Feb. 3, 2010. We want to adopt him, he is 15. Our home is already approved by the local child welfare office.
He is in Tennessee, we are in Florida. He has gotten into trouble with his school and local law enforcement.
