I find myself constantly having dreams w/my ex boyfriend. We broke up 4yrs ago. In my dream We talk flirt and sometimes we speak. He tells me he still loves me. I find this very awkward because reality is were not even friends. The last time I saw/spoke with him was 1year ago.
Please help!

Dreams are dreams. Like you said, it's not real. However, you're making them come true by allowing them to affect your daily life.

We can't control the things that we dream about, but we have the will power to separate it from reality. If you're letting your dreams about affect you, then is it possible that you still have feelings for him?

I'm married and I have dreams about ex girl friends that I haven't spoken to or thought about for 10 years. I wake up and think that was strange and then I get ready for work. I say don't dwell on dreams cause they aren't real they are just memories that happen to pop up once in a while.

What do you need help with? Exes haunt our dreams all the time. We wake up, and go about our real lives though. Weird, that's true, but it happens.

Chalk it up to weird and leave it alone. The more you dwell on it the more it will happen.

Wouldn't worry about it. Maybe you still have feelings for him, certainly you still think about him. Dreams can't hurt you. Try reading before bed and make sure its not a romance. I always found that playing a game on the gamesystem was a nice way to get my mind off things too. And not to freak you out but the last time I had a dream about an ex, she came back into my life the next day. Didn't last long though so I'd annoy it. And it was probably just a coinsidence too
