Hello
Thinking of getting a vibrating machine, and I was just wondering if they really work and if they do are they worth the expense.
Not worth the expense. To burn fat you need to do cardio exercise. To tone you need some resistance exercises.
They are useful if you are recovering from injury, and definitely help with flexibility. There is a theory they can help improve bone density. What they will not do is exercise for you. You still have to get on them and do lots of exercise, and on a very small plate which makes it harder to do your exercises.
You'd be much better joining a gym that has a vibrating plate.
I have one it helps me relax but that's about it,
Too much time on one is bad for the whole body.
