H1b tax filing for 2 employers
    Hello there,
I have a question regarding tax filing for H1 B.
I was with different employer and worked for them in 2008, in 2009 at the beginning of this year they couldn’t find me a job and have not worked for them at all, later I transferred my H1 B to my current employer.
I am currently working and have received my W2 from current employer but my previous employer has not provided W2.
What to do in this case, how to file taxes ? What if my previous employer don’t provide W2 at all ?
Also Since I applied for Green Card I got my green card in Jan 2010, so should I apply for
Taxes as an H1 or as a green card ?

    Thanks for Help

If you received wages from your previous employer in 2009, you should get W-2. Call the employer.
