    My fiancé is overseas... she has a visitor visa.. if she comes here and we get married can she go back and then can I file for her green card

    Congratulations! Yes, if you marry here, she can leave the US and you can file the relative petition (I-130) here and after it is approved, it will be forwarded to the NVC then on to the her home consulate for her to apply for the immigrant visa. Check the website for her home consulate, you can start at the DOS at Welcome to Travel.State.Gov. Good luck!
