I was charged with simple possession... was put on 11/29. To report weekly... almost a year into probation was violated for failed drug test (weed) 1st violation... turned myself in and went to court due to poor judgement with lawyer he managed to get my derversion taking away but did manage to keep me out of jail... and put back on 11/29... was doing good for awhile... but 2 weeks ago managed some how to violate for the second time for the same original violation now I am freaking out and do not know what to expect... wondering if there is any way to get out of jail time this time.. and what usually happens with a 2nd violation!

I'm 17 years old about to be 18 July third I got put on probation (PINS) for not being home on time with my xboyfriend. THen I violated probation by going to his house. It is now April 3rd and I'm supposed to get off July 3rd I know I'm not going to get off now but I'm just wondering what to expect because I shoplifted 2 shirts from a store and they caught me. Since I'm already on probation am I going to get sent away, since its my second violation? I passed all my drug tests and everything I'm a good kid I just can't believe this happened.
