Please help! This has been driving me nuts for YEARS.:confused: :confused: :confused:
I'm 22, so I imagine this cartoon was from the early 80s or so. But it involves a unicron caught in something (vines? Thorns?) and this girl has to travel up a hill and get a glass of water so that she can water a garden. But she gives the water to the unicorn instead and I think she becomes a princess or something magical happens at the end.
I even have a friend who remembers it, but she remembers no more that I do!
Anyone out there know it?

No I definitely know it's not the Last Unicorn, I know that movie quite well. This cartoon that I'm thinking of is more of a Care Bear-style of 'tooning, not anime-style. If that helps or makes sense?

NO. Definitely NOT "The Last Unicorn" with a flaming bull, and a crazy woman-sorcerer who has a tree on her head with a crowon it nor a prince (voice of Jeff Bridges) nor a theme song by America. NOT the Last Unicorn by any means. And yes I love that movie too.
There has go to be more unicorn movies from the early 90s. The early 90s were all about unicorns and the like.

Hi there, I have been on a quest for a unicorn movie as well. I think the one you are speaking of is The Care Bears Adventure in Wonderland... the girl has to prove that she is truly a princess, and during one of the tasks she comes across the unicorn and gives the glass of water she had gathered for the task to the unicorn instead.

You're thinking of "The Care Bears Adventure in Wonderland" (1987) this was actually just a small part of the movie.

To The original message posted, DID you ever figure out what movie it is? I have gone crazy as well I think for the same issue. I am 28. I was so young when it came out, It was a black unicorn, it was small and SUPER cute, I always remember begging my parents to rent it at the video store for me. There is a few movies and shows I had a hard time finding out what they were but to this day this one has escaped an answer. I too would like to know what it is, I know it is not UNICO or The last Unicorn nor the Care Bears in Wonderland. I have viewed all and none are it. If you ever find out let me know and I will do same :>
