I didn't file taxes in 2003 2004 2005 because I didn't have any income. Do I need to go back and file taxes for those years? I'm single filling single have no other monies to claim.

If you had no income in 2003, 2004, or 2005 then there is no requirement to file. If you were hoping that by filing now you could get a refund for those years, you can't because it's too late. You have 3 years from the due date to file for a refund, so for tax year 2005 your ability to file for a refund expired on April 15 2009.
