I live with my dad and I have school age children and my dad is trying to evict us, can he do that?

Is it his house ? Do you have a written lease ?

You can easily be evicted if he owns the house and there is no lease.

He gives you a 30 day notice to move and if you have not moved, he evicts you in court.
