My last period began December 17, 2009. Although my periods really are never regular, I always eventually get a period each month. I have not had a period and it is almost March 1st? Nothing January and I bled VERY little to almost nothing for one day twice in February, about 2 weeks apart. I have had the Mirena IUD for over a year but I am worried I could be pregnant and I looked up my fertility/conception days and turns out I had sex on the very day that I was predicted to conceive! I took a home pregnancy test about a month ago but it was negative... but yet still no period? Oh you, I do have a 21 week old daughter. I am very worried, could I possibly be pregnant? I do not want another child right now...

OK I meant I have a 21 MONTH old daughter... she's almost 2, and I am 22 years old. I have also been having migrane headaches in the mornings on occasion as well as vomitting and nausia (3 times). I am so worried that I am pregnant, I have been pregnant 3 time before by the same guy! I really feel as though I am pregnant but negative hpt and on mirena but what could possibly be going on??

Wait a while then try a pregnancy test again if it says negative again just believe it and wait and see what happens . Look for other signs of pregnancy too that may help .

If you think you could be pregnant and have an IUD then go to your doctor and he will be able to tell you if you're pregnant and also what to do about the IUD. Or if that is going to cause problems.

This is the only way to find out what if anything is wrong.
