I was supposed to have my period 11 days ago and I have taken 2 HPT, they all came out negative.usually I get cramps a few days before I get my period and I been having them but no period. Am I pregnant or what?

Pregnancy is always a possibility if you're having sex, birth control or no birth control. It may just be too early to test. Some women don't get a positive until their 1st trimester is over, some never get a positive at all with store bought pregnancy test (although that is rare).

Have you had a change in diet, medication? Are you stressed? All of these and more can effect your period.

Are you on birth control?

We can't tell you if you're pregnant, that would be a miraculous feat if we could. You'll have to wait and see.

Wait until your next period is due. If you still haven't gotten it then retest, use first morning urine as it's more accurate, or go to your doctor.
