A skeleton equation? Do you perhaps mean chemical balanced equation? Because I know that skeletal equations are used in organic reactions to show the different functional groups.
Well, never mind the last bit. What are the symbols for lead (II) nitrate, magnesium, lead and magnesium nitrate?
From there, add the two reagents, write an arrow to the right, then put the products as 'product A + product B'.
