How about Kool-Aid? :p Always made my lips a little red.
There are plenty of lip stain products on the market.

I've always read Benetint by Benefit is a good one.

There are lip stains that you can buy, this will stain your lips, whichever colour you want. They aren't permanent but last a long time :)

OK, this might not be what you had in mind but it's interesting. In Hawaii there are these plants that have kind of oval shaped pods. Inside they have seeds covered with a creamy, lipstick-like substance. You just rub a seed on your lips and it gives a beautiful red color. (It looks and feels exactly like lipstick).This plant is called Lipstick Pod. I've found these many times on the mainland at flower marts.

It is pretty cool... just not so convenient to carry in your purse.:)

You should look into the products sold by the company Befine! They have many lip and other skin products to keep the lips healthy. Also Burt's Bee's is known for being natural and they have many lip products in different colors.
Sephora and Mac are not 'natural' perhaps but have much variety.
Lip stains which were already mentioned would also work but it may be harder to find a natural lip stain.
Many lipsticks too are in red.

You could use a lip exfoliator then chapstick or a lip moisturizer then a base lipstick [in any color maybe nude] then a deep red lipstick then a clear or red lipgloss on top.

Daily apply Ghee on your lips it will become soft and pink. Really it works. You just try it

Try this it interesting

Get a beetroot vegetable and cut it half

And apply the liquid which comes out of the vegetable in your lips

Don't wet your lips . Apply this before you got to sleep

Just try it. I am sure that your lips will turn red within a weak
