The power surged off and on this afternoon and the pressure in my water pressure tank dropped to 0. There is no reset lever on my water pressure switch and the Franklin Control for my submersible pump is switching on and off every 9 seconds or so.

Any help would be very appreciated!

Check the points on the switch and see if they are staying closed. If so, then you suspect the control box or the pump. Sounds like the box is trying to start the pump w/o luck.
